CCBILL just says a big fuck you to all the clients that have made them wealthy - hides behind the same DMCA as tube sites and all those who make money off copyright infringers do. They have their policy - they've posted it many times on this board and I have yet to see an EX-GF type site ever lose its processing - there are a hundred if not more of them.

CCBILL and its employees are very familiar with the content in this industry - they know everything that we know. They know what content is stolen by the same eyeball test you and me and every other webmaster does when we look at sites.

I wouldn't have ANY problem whatsoever if CCBILL made me prove ownership of the content on my sites. That's all it would take to take care of this issue, there'd be no more paysites with poor 14 year old girls who made the mistake of sending some naked pictures of themselves to some guy they had a crush on on the Net and now are sold as 'porn' without their permission. Let's not even go into the morality of being involved in what is by legal definition - u know what

They'd all go away - one simple step - ask the paysite owner to provide documentation for the content on the site.

but it won't ever happen - because those sites make money, and that means so does CCBILL.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

i really hope that ccbill removes the billing for this site. there are girls there who are CLEARLY underage. it's disgusting. those are all pictures grabbed from boards like 4chan or sent around by spiteful teenage boys.

There are alot of sites where the teen girls look young, but i've seen small 5'2" girls who were 20 who you would would fucking SWEAR on your grandmother was 15 years old. maybe someone will call the FBI crimes against children dept or the dept of justice then. i personally am not crying over a few jacked photosets. i have over half a million pictures on my site. it's not the end of the world for me and the content on my site is developed far beyond photos and videos. the real issue is that this is a gross site, a disgusting practice, exploiting underage girls, etc. i trust that ccbill will not provide billing for anymore sites that this idiot puts online.

i am not going to offer proof that i know that some of those girls are underage because it's not my responsibility to do so. i just know. =) and i know that there are plenty of girls out there who look young by some people's standards. there are lots of adorable 18/19 year old girls on my site. that's not the issue. where's the records address? contact info? something not shady?
