The FBI knew from the very start that there was no wrong doing. The FBI knew this before they interviewed the first person. It just isn't a crime for the Secretary State to send classified email via a private server. There is no law that states the Secretary of State cannot send classified information via email, US Mail, fax, telephone, or carrier pigeon. In fact, all of the laws about the handling of classified information was written well before email was commonly used.

The only reason the FBI investigated any of this was because members of our Congress were demanding it. This was nothing more than a political witch hunt.

It was more of the same with Benghazi. There was no indication of any crime being committed yet we had six or seven investigations about it.

The FBI knew earlier on that this was a witch hunt, was obligated to do an investigation, and quickly discovered there was no wrong doing. At a certain point the FBI was obligated to complete it's investigation but was already drafting a public statement with their findings.

There is no doubt in my mind the FBI already has drafts for public release about the results of their investigation into how the Russians influenced our election.

I am surely not a Hillary supporter; Frankly I can't stand her. But I would much rather have Hillary then trump; Clearly anyone would be better than trump including my pet dog. This is proof of nothing other than the FBI knew in advance that there was no wrong doing.

The head of such agencies are pretty much allowed to read in anyone they wish. In fact, the list people who get to decide who is allowed to see classified information include the Secretary, the Deputy Secretaries, the Under Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries, and some Executive Level IV officials and their deputies; Chiefs of Mission, Charges d?affaires, and U.S. Representatives to various international organizations.

This is why Clinton was never charged - Everything she did was legal. This is why the FBI wrote this draft before the investigation was done.... They knew no laws were broken. The only thing this proves is that the FBI clearly knew this was nothing more than a witch hunt.

Wrong.. You have to have clearance. I'm pretty sure her maid didn't have clearance. What would be the point of classifications if she could hand it out to just anyone? Quite a few were top secret. Meaning top secret clearance eyes only.. And that's what we've seen. Not the 33,000+ tampon run emails she deleted after subpoena.

Wikileaks is about to dump more emails. I have a feeling he's been holding these back for a reason. As in they could contain some of that top secret shit Hillary was handing out like candy.

Once again, there is a long list of people who decide who gets access to classified information. In fact, the list I gave you earlier is only a partial list. There are also entire departments in each agency who decide what information requires what level of access, and who can or should have access to that information. In some cases when classified information is discussed, people who do not have a certain level of security clearance are asked to leave the room. At the same time, if certain people (meaning the head of an agency, such as the Secretary of State) decides someone needs to be read in they are read in.

Meaning.... If there is a crisis in, say, Benghazi, and a classified operation comes to light... High ranking State Department officials and their aides are read in right there on the spot - they don't stop the government response to a current event and wait forty-two or seventy-four hours until someone below the Secretary of State decides a high ranking State Department can or cannot have access to certain information. If the Secretary of State decides someone needs to be brought in on a developing situation that is a decision the Secretary of State is allowed to make - on the spot, and without question.

This is why there was no charges after a dozen investigations. No laws were broken.
