While I myself probably wouldn't pay more than low $x,xxx at most for the name, for someone wanting to strike while the iron is hot, it's more than worth it. 49,500 exact monthly searches on Google alone for epic fail, and a fitting site would get viral in a hurry - look at FailBlog.
