Ok, signed up, still waiting for the ccbill email but had a look at some FHGs, then clicked through to the join page:

Maybe it's just me, but I can't see any submit button to go to the next step... in fact when I check the code it's not even a form... tried it in both FF and MSIE. How does someone complete a paysite membership signup???Comment

Perhaps you could think about redirecting joinpage.html - which has no use and is just a time waster - to /ccbill/
