I'm out of ideas for tunes. I listen to just about any kind of rock but I like it a bit more abrasive when I'm on the treadmill. My relaxed 70's tunes aren't gonna work much. I don't think I could handle jazz or elevator music either. What do you have on when you jog?

I was never jogging cause I think it's gay but when I used to work out I used to prefer:

Fortunately my gym has big tv's in front of the treadmills....So I just watch espn and the sports highlights....I see all of the in shape athletes running the court and the field and it helps me while I'm running.....
