Its amazing workout....you wont be able to do some of the moves....all strength focusing onto 1 muscle at a time ;-)

I'm about to get started doing yoga. Too many content producers I know swear by it and says it helps them with endurance while shooting several scenes per day, every day.

The health benefits are plentiful. Plus it just feels damn good... better than any other exercise I know. (Except maybe sex)

yoga most definitely works. a good yoga workout will leave the buffest muscle man feeling like a little bitch if he's not used to some of the exercises.

as for your site jawanda, you should get an adsense panel on there, i've heard through the grapevine that yoga has some pretty high paying clicks...

Yes yoga works...It will take a long time for you to SEE any results but you'll FEEL results after the first time....

I've recently switched to Pilates to compliment my workout because beginning pilates is harder than beginning yoga and I don't want to pay extra at the gym to take the harder yoga classes.

Yeah that is quite a workout, doing Yoga at 100+ Fahrenheit. Checkout the Bikram section ( http://www.yoga-poses.com/tag/Bikram+Yoga ) for more info, they are the ones who do the hot room gig.

John, maybe now is the time!

Try out this video, it's a beginner's lesson on the Sun Salutation, which is the classic "warm up" that you do at the beginning of yoga but which provides a good stretch in itself.
