    AlienQ -----> don't give in to your impulses

    you hate being banned and cut off from this place - then you always come back saying how you've changed and you can handle being on here without flipping out when people poke you - just chill out and let some of the shit roll off your back.

    i hate seeing him suffer when he gets banned and then feels he has to pour out his heart and life story on this dumb messageboard when he comes back
