why ? because they got the power but not the education.
it is ALL a question of education - but unfortunately we can not educate them in their own countries because of fuckers like mugabe.
and as soon the western world starts to intervene and kills the "bad boys" like saddam or gaddhafi it becomes worse.
because what is changed there than is that a big corruption is changing into a giant corruption.
