Merkel is a weak leader not even working in the interest of Europe anymore.
Apart from solidarity, which at this point is overdue, Germany didn't have to handle anything but offer some strong solutions how to house refugees without letting them into Europe. I'm all up for quota refugees though, you see my solidarity right there. With true weak leadership we now have criminals running around in Europe and terrorists without knowing who they are or what they do. When they do get asylum, they can move into any EU country as they please. Liberal/left stupidity...
The solidarity you speak of is fine when it comes to real refugees, not rapefugees and luxury immigrants, which a majority of the immigrants from middle east and africa is.
Massive camps in North Africa - Middle East would solve all this and funded by the EU. The financial power to get something of that magnitude going is just a ballpark compared of the consequences of letting these incompatible refugees into Europe.
