KSWO, the local news station, will be broadcasting a story, most likely this evening. If somebody local could record and post this, we would all appreciate it.

The police department is aware of the video and the child's identity. They also have a home address, and deputies have been dispatched. How seriously this will be treated remains to be seen.

That kid needs a swift kick in the ass. I ever caught one of my kids doing that shit and I'd do the same right back to them and see if they liked it.. but then again they'd never EVER consider doing such a thing..they were taught from a young age how to properly treat animals.
