Seriously yeah.
I do not even know who the fuck that thing belongs to.
I know the one ya talkin about, the distraction factor is certainly a 10 for sure.
Never knew it was possible to make something so annoying yet be so memorable as a royal eye ball fucker. People will remember the banner but they will never know who it was LOL
And if they do know who it was, thats gonna pretty much be a lost affiliate.
I am sure someone will come along and say its an awesome banner and its a good program and it converts like 1 in 5 for them...
