Just curious how long all of you have done this for? It just seems like there is a high turnover in this industry. It seems similar to being a stripper, you can only do it until you break down and get to old. At what point should I expect it to start "wearing" on me? Because so far it is great.

Appeared in a few movies in 1968-1970 in those days it was film and a lot was 8mm. Made a come back in 1977.
Not sure when I started shooting but I think it was 1978 or 1979. Started selling photos mail order. Shot my first set 1979/1980, it was in Mayfair. In this months Mayfair as well
Went full time professional 1988.
Feels like a lifetime.

1996, but sold my business to my mangager/partner/friend about a week before this new Visa policy. There is a no compete clause but it does not bar me from certain aspects of this business if I choose to involve myself again. I think that I probably won't as I was not any good at it in the first place. Problem is earlier, we were not that good at record keeping in the 80s and the police took a lot of them in a raid in 87 and sent it to the incinerator.
No point in appealing, too late and did not need to upset them, just told the taxman to ask them for my accounts.
