just great. another stimulus package to widen the gap between the rich and poor. just another package which hands out money to the already rich while it took the money from the less fortunate through taxes. the more I think about shit the more I realize how taxing people is just a vehicle to take money from working Americans to hand out to the rich people that run the banks, government, and big business.
as long as large financial institutions and big business has their hands in politics and our politicians they will always find ways to force the government to funnel the money their way using legislation.
think about it. have you ever wondered why all the funds in these stimulus packages never go directly in the hands of hardworking Americans and are instead funneled into the corporations and government entities themselves?
one of the biggest parts of the bill which consisted of giving $15,000 to first-time home buyers got lowered to only $8,000. big whoop-tee-doo, that's only $500 more than what was already in place - $7,500.
i could go on and on, but i lost all fucking hope for the American political system and our government already and I think more and more people do every fucking day...
one thing is for sure, in this day and age most politicians and government officials are only looking out for their best interest. they use the bullshit American political system to further their own agendas to get ahead in this world and don't give two shits about the well-being of Americans as a whole. whether you like it or not greed is fucking God!Last edited by Shaze; 02-14-2009, 04:46 AM.Comment
