    Business Anybody buying sites here?

    Is there any serious people interested in buying sites here?

    I might have two nice (read: developed) sites with adult traffic for a quick sale. It's in a high 4 figures range.

    Btw, if anybody is interested in the reason for this sale, it's that I started a mainstream project and need some additional funds to outsource parts of the work. Both sites have income with a little time needed for maintenance, and a potential for a scale up with some modest additional investment.

                                                                                                                      Hey guys, it's been the end of the month, and no serious offers so far.

                                                                                                                      I got couple of low ball offers that I really wouldn't like to discuss at all. Getting software and domains to set up any kind of similar websites will cost more then the asking price, which was more than reasonable. This is not the first time I'm selling sites. Already sold hundreds of them in past (both domains and developed sites).

                                                                                                                      The websites are for sale until Monday. If a decent price was not met until then, I'll simply shut them down and keep the domains for future, since they are paid and are worth more then the offers I got. Talking about brand name domains aging back to 2001 (16 years).

                                                                                                                      Feel free to hit me up if you are interested to buy some nice SEO sites.
