    Need some movie recommendations

    I'm looking for a few good action movies to watch tonight. Preferably stuff in the tradition of Dirty Harry and Death Wish.

    Anyone got some recommendations?

      Dolemite! A little bit of blaxploitation and kung fu!

      Highly recommended!

      Another good one I cant stop recommending is "Across 11oth Street" oldie but goodie, lots of race issues and was shot at great time during film making.

                      Hmm, as much as I love blaxploitation, what I'm looking for right now is more along the lines of modern variations on the "bad-ass guy slaughters criminals" theme. Stuff like Taken.
