There have been many reports here before with the same problem. You need to do as you already did, submit a ticket and ask for help and then all you can do is wait. For some reason, a number of the cards seem to get "hung up" in the activation process and needs some type of manual action on Paxum's side.
Search the forum, thare are many cases just like this reported over the years. Your milage may vary!
