Are your members still watching video clips instead of the entire video?

I've NEVER watched a movie in clip form....It always looked too fucking irritating....

I didn't even like MGP galleries.

Lot of sites still do the clip form and it's annoying as hell to be honest.

Well based on internet speeds I've watched them go from clicking just the clips to now going right for the full video and nobody is using the clips at all.

Was thinking of dropping clips totally. Was curious if everyone else is seeing the same thing. My guess is yes, but thought I would strike up a business thread anyway. heh

I always wonder... as a surfer, would you want to sit there and jerk off only to have the clip end and then you need to stop, get the next clip, wait for buffer, etc.

Seems like a pain in the ass to me.

I can watch a clip if thats ALL they have (tubes or mgps), but I prefer to download the full clip (tubes).

Well, honestly it depends.

On the pay site. Yes. Members want the full length over anything else.

On clip stores, they like to have the option to buy just pieces of the main clip with girls they prefer. Much like they would fast forward in a VOD type of scenerio. I have a TON of people who buy just parts of a clip over a full length. They will actually end up buying pieces of different clips in one order.

That's my experience any way.

I've seen some sites that have like 20+ 1 minute clips for 1 scene. Madness.

We broke ours up into just 3 clips and then offered the full length video but probably goinf to drop the clips cause they are not getting watched at all.

Very true. Guys can spend more money watching clips sometimes than joining a pay site.

Which is one of the reasons I am working on some other alternatives. Based on these patterns, there are other ways to capitalize then a clips model.
