                  I believe they switched to NATS. Might want to contact Melissa and see if they imported those rebills to NATS or not.

                                      For the record, it's been several days since Melissa said she would look into it with no change. CCbill payout still says 0.00% with zero rebills, and program tour still gives no indication of a transition to NATS.

                                      Sent Melissa another email for an update several hours ago, and have not heard back. However, that might be excused if she is taking an 'eclipse day.'

                                              The new NATS tour is now up, and it appears that existing CCBill accounts were imported. Unfortunately, though, you can't access them as the retrieve password feature is not sending the emails.

                                              In the past week I have sent Melissa a couple of emails about this, with no response.
