Mainstream site: Google deindexes pages and indexes non existent ones with https

Title says it all. When I force Google to index my pages from Webmaster Tools it does that and it stays in index for a while. After few days it drops all pages and replace it mostly with https which I don't use. I have no idea from where it takes these pages. Anyone know what to do?

You can find that site in my signature.

It looks like your web server is answering https calls but isn't actually setup with a cert. I had something similar happen when I had a domin going thru cloudflare which does a quasi secure between the surfer and the cloud, but there was no secure between the cloud and my server. So it caused issues

I'm not sure that is what is going on here, but it's something to look at ;)
