If you want to sell it, you can. But it can not be used for a dating site or anything similar.
They would be subject to infringement claims doing so. A buyer should be aware of this and that would affect the valuation. You should not try to sell it to the trademark holder.
Put simply, you can not 'profit' from a trademark that is not yours unless you can establish rights of your own.
