Broadcasting from a public street isn't a controlled environment and likely a TOS violation. Some possible reasons why it's a bad idea include:

1) Cam performers need to ensure that everyone appearing in their broadcast are 18+.
2) Consent is needed for every person whose image is being used on an adult site.
3) Animals appearing on an adult site could possibly be construed as a beast crime in some jurisdictions.
