It's talking specifically about processed meat, so don't think meat, think processed meat. I understand it's hard to give up your favorite things, makes you want to reject the information, however giving up processed meat is a more realistic target than giving up meat
I'm only 20 minutes in, some documentaries are saying sugar is the big problem, this one is focusing on meat. Being a vegetarian it's rather comforting to hear about my reduced risk of Diabetes and Cancer.
