how do you want it exchanged?

which country are you in? I use payoneer & would be happy to send it via bank, but not sure how else.. I don´t use paxum.

why you want payoneer ? you have paxum card , there is no difference between them you can pay online with paxum.

paxum is topup solution on many traffic brokers payoneer is not.

most people on this board moved to firstchoice since it's adult related, but some who actually receive mainstream revenue use payoneer , however the main exchanger roby doing firstchoice .

but if you feel to do this go to localbitcoins , sell paxum for bitcoin ... sell bitcoin for payoneer.

I would really not recommend this.
It is against the Terms of Services for both Paypal and your card to use the card to pay yourself. You can buy from anyone who is able to accept your card, except yourself.
