                          The sad thing is...I bought a pay site that was already with CCBill and I'm having a hell of a time getting it set up with CCBill through me since I have to wait for the previous owner to fax a change of ownership form. Then I have to fax in a signed CCBill contract.

                          So you are telling me the high school kids who run that site faxed in a legit signed contract complete with social security number? Hopefully those fees will knock out crap like this.
