Hi John,

Sorry for the slow response. Between being sick, then taking a small vacation, then the holiday season I haven't been in the office much the past few weeks. I was pretty mad at getting the content so late... I mean a week is bad but I can deal with it. Some of this content came 3 weeks late which totally killed my release schedule. But there also is no point in staying mad about it because what's done is done we just need to figure out how to not make that happen next time. This holiday season is always a pain in the ass for shooting - no one is open, no one is releasing DVDs (we usually release 4 a week, we only released 1 this week and 1 next week). After the january show we will get back together and figure out resuming shooting and how we can make the process go faster.

John this is what I don't like about this whole situation. You wait for a whole week before sending me models to choose from and then when I happen to be busy the next day and can't check them you flip out and email me demanding a response and then 40 minutes later post on GFY claiming we're ignoring you. I had just talked to you the day before. When you see a busy status on my ICQ it really means that - I am busy and not available to talk. When I'm at my computer I have an available status. This is how chat programs work. I had never been ignoring you I was trying to give you your next order. If you had sent the models the day after like you had promised I had the wire ready to go.

You already spread all these half truths on the board and gave people a bad impression of us but I don't give up that easy I will keep on working with all our affiliates and content producers (except you of course since as you said our business relationship is over) and people will see that Steven and I are serious to making a good company here with a good name. Even though every inch of me wants to tell you to screw off and never pay you for your horrendously unprofessional behavior over the past few days, I will get your wire out by tomorrow or wednesday.

I am not going to lower myself to your level by posting what headaches and lies you have given us. I wish you all the best in your business after this mess and I really sincerely hope I never have to talk to you agian.

Retox I was not saying that at all. If I ordered something I agree to purchase it for the price we determine with the producer. This is the reason I don't like posting this type of business on the boards it leaves too much room for words to be misinterpreted.

Men thats the only thing what I want to hear that you are going to pay me.

have you paid him what was agreed at this point?

btw, if you're not happy with how you are treated before you place an order, the simple solution is not to place an order with that person or company.

Thats the point Basschick is making. That if had issues with ou before buying, he shouldnt have ordered. He did order, recieved the content, so now should pay and not give bs excuses about not being happy with how long it took to view available models.

Special at this time in Brazil, it's summer time and between Christmas and the carnival, the most of the models are on the beaches or travelling.

No Email today with the wirement, so I guess that will be then tomorrow.

Teencat I think you understood what we were saying incorrectly. We always intended on paying him. In fact we were trying to place a new order along with sending the remaining balance for the previous order before this whole situation happened. I guess waiting for a week to get model pictures for the next order and then not being able to get back to him the next day because I was busy is justification enough to post on GFY that we do not pay our bills.

And the wire did go out today John you should check your email for the wire receipt. Good luck with your content business.
