$3000 is a good deal for what he offers... you could probably get it cheaper, but time is also a factor (remember Serge will not setup the company - lawyer/agent will)

Tomorrow there will be more news from the 3rd party processors´s, and hopefully they will bring more light to the real situation! If you are in Europe get some sleep, and try to wake up with a positive mind - prehaps there will be good news!
