i have another phone that it it rings and then disconnects ... called on that phone over 30+ times now

all I get is busy signals, or a recording that says they're busy and to call back or a ring that goes for a while and then tells me they aren't answering and disconnects me.

Same here.. I called on the dot they told me they where busy put me on hold and they disconnected me

I also was not a bastard and did not book any additional rooms.

BTW they charge 275.00 plus tax, not 265 as listed.

Nice, I called at 12 sharp and have been on hold for 35+ minutes now...

My buddy calls up at 12:25, is on hold for 1 minute, and is transferred to reservations right away. Thankfully he let me know on ICQ and got me my room.

Was on hold first time for 14-15 minutes and then got dissconnected.
Called back, eventually got through (non toll free number). Said Hey I was on hold blah blah, got placed on hold and walla.

Re-dialing until I got the voice mail message saying all lines are busy, then hitting zero and having the operator put me on hold for reservations is how I got my room booked.

what worked for you to get through? The 800 and letting it ring? I just got through to them and they said they were putting me on hold but I get no music/etc on hold so now I'm wondering if they cut me off.

I thought of staying on hold as an experiment to see if they'd ever pick up, since it's been 40 minutes, but then it occured to me that I should open up a hold slot so they can stick someone else in it.

PK Used the 800 line then I got the recording saying to leave a message... wait all the way though that recording and then it says hit 0 to talk to someone right away. I did that and waited for 3 min. of phone rings and got a very nice lady named Vicky who took my reservation. She did say that the phones were blowing up over there.

There was no hold music, when I got cut off it gave me weird noises.
