I think you guys still have a ways to go...my two problems with you were:
1) Waited over two months for a custom creative that was never delivered, despite the placement/traffic being there to be sent. Gave up.
2) Despite getting many free signups, downloads, confirmed accounts, etc... we never got a single upgrade. Maybe you guys aren't aggressive enough or aren't offering something people want bad enough to pay for ?
