Hey hey, GFY. Long time, no talk.

I am looking for information. I have someone who is leaving the US for a year, and they need to ship some things to their destination. (Iceland). Any experience with this type of situation? If so, which shipper did you use, and did your stuff arrive in a timely manner, and undamaged?

    Thanks!

I use FedEx with the option to hold shipment at FedEx for pickup. If I change destination, I ask FedEx to reroute to new destination. If I cancel my trip, I ask FedEx to bring the stuff back.

I usually ship equipment ahead so I don't have to explain to Customs why I have professional equipment on a leisure visit.
