It's based on submissions system, which we all know is a work around for stolen content.

I think you would be lucky to find one. While some say they are "legit" they really can't prove it.

Can I ask where you there personally when she signed the release form? If not then how do you know it was her that signed it and not her friend or boyfriend? Are you 100% sure she's legal? Think about that before you answer. Because if you TRUST a girl that submits photos/videos then you really really should be 100% sure.

I use to work with a guy and I found him coping my signature one day, it was perfect. Luckly he was fired soon after for company fraud.

I am not a lawyer - that's why I pay someone who is.

It's not only about trusting him as a person. It's about knowing that he knows his shit and would have made sure all the minutia is covered and kosher. He isn't someone to let shady shit slide and when he says it was cleared by 2 law firms in addition to his own diligence to the records to keep it legit, I believe him.

You asked for a legit sponsor, he stepped up the the plate and gave his explanations as to why they are legit and some of the safeguards in place.

Again, I Am Not A Lawyer - but Due Diligence comes into play.
If we check IDs, faceshots, have model releases, etc - and the person slips us a fake ID - as long as we can prove that we show[ed] due diligence, we're fine.

Same dead if someone goes to a shoot w/ a fake ID, same deal if someone goes to a club with a fake ID.

I've been running this since 2007 - with zero complaints, zero 2257 issues, zero takedown notices.

It's incredibly obvious when people who try to send in fake information. 99% of all my submitters are into sharing their stuff, and are honest...
