New Website Color Scheme... Good, Bad?

it looks really nice, but I think the black bg color looks better.

btw, checked your source code and you have loads of empty divs, and you could make the set's titles in real text and <h2> tags for SEO purposes

extend the dark purple box to the top so it doesnt have that "DIFFER" affect on your eyes. the pic overpops where it hurts your eyes the dark purpler will blend it.

extend the navigation 100% across the dark purple box.

put the date in the top right corner or left under the navigation in the dark purple extended box prob in a grey.

A Canon XL-1s does not shoot HD, maybe a bit picky but it just makes it look more true.

Grays and blues pretty standard and boring. Not worth posting a thread about. I don't like how dark it is.

Yeah black background will give it a nice classy "adult" feel to it. Grey just makes it look boring IMHO.

When it was white, I was getting 12-15 signups per day, since I changed, I am down to 7-10 signups a day. Although my Members love the Members Area look, the only thing I can think of is the color scheme change on the front. I think it looks great now though...

In the first 2 blocks of txt its centered, I think it would look better aligned to the left like the rest of the txt blocks... as MetaMan posted.

I would align the images at the top, in line with the txt for the 3 images in the center or wrap the txt around the image... and maybe pad the images a bit away from the txt like the mediaplayer screen shots.

Hmm... do you have a logo or is it just the domain, some feet in the logo would look cool... perhaps some feet sticking/hanging out the "O" in "Online"?

Maybe add another color, not everywhere but just something that gives it a bit more flash/wow effect.

At the bottom where you have the "what people are saying..." put those 4 buttons on the same line and maybe do something with the stuff below it too "check out our..." to reduce the amount of empty space.

Just giving ideas ;)
