We signed up with hpic.com to send them traffic becuase we thought their payout was pretty good. On their website it says this:
"The best payout on the net! We pay 8cts per regular banner click and 2 cts for warez traffics or blind/exit traffic."
And even less details on the "Learn More" page:

So we sent them around a thousand clicks to start, and we noticed that their stats were shaved so we contacted them and they say that they only pay on the second click!
Then what the hell does this mean??
"We pay 8cts per regular banner click" !!
Anyways, I think what they do is pretty misleading, I emailed them what their page says and I'm waiting to hear back from them.
