I saw this on Facebook. It's stunning. It's stunning that anyone - in this case meaning the motorcycle rider - would ever do something like this. Not sure about the driver of the car - not sure if that was a knee jerk reaction or an attempt run the biker off the road.
I've never been this angry that I felt the need to do something like this.Herschel Savage

motorcycle guy is obviously the instigator. the car wasn't moving fast enough for him so he goes into the curb and kicks the car. the car then swerves into the motorcycle. hard to say if it was on purpose or not because he pulls it back and then fucks it up into the median. motorcycle guy then speeds up and leaves the scene...totally fucking guilty of causing the whole situation and not giving a damn if people are alive or dead.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Exactly, Motorcycle is in the lane, car cuts into the lane right next to the motorcycle. Motorcycle kicks car, driver tries to kill motorcycle guy. And it is the motorcycles fault, better watch that video again and see who cut who off.Comment
-
Not enough info to determine just how much at fault the biker and the car driver are. Need to know what happened before the biker kicked the car. At the very least the biker deserves jail time and the car driver possibly as well.Comment

Devil's advocate: guy cuts off motorcycle not knowing motorcycle is there. Motorcycle guy kicks car. Car driver looks over , shocked to see a motorcycle, overcompensates & crashes.
Stupid all around
If your on a motorcycle don't kick a car that can run you over.
If you're in a car, don't try to kill a motorcyclist

The video is not the entire story. Before the video rolled, the car cut the motorcycle off.
In the eyes of the law, kicking a car is very different from trying to kill someone with a car. I know someone who went through this. The Only Time When Success Comes Before Work Is In A Dictionary.

He thought he could easily knock the biker down.
There is no way that kicking that car caused anything to happen except stupidity in the car driver.

I know man, "devil's advocate".
The guy was clearly trying to knock the biker over, very fucked up, on both ends. Kicking a car is not equal to trying to make a bike crash on the freeway.Comment

How did it start? Looks like both was upset and other driver began taping.-= Krampus Productions =-

Stupid car must have cut him off at some point and that's probably why the Biker is pissed.
People can't drive in the US (and even worse around bikes) i am sorry but the DMV test is a fucking JOKE, they hand out driver Licenses to pretty much anyone that can see

Not a fucking chance that any biker is going to put themself between the car and the wall.
Blind stupidity here; I don't think Rochard is even that dumb.Comment

yeah, after watching again its clear the guy cut off the bike but its still no excuse. If i were to kick, punch or chase every car that cut me off or almost hit me or did something stupid i'd be in jail every day practically. for all we know its some senile old man who didn't look to see if anyone was in that lane or whatever and freaked when he finally saw him there.Do you really think the Biker decided he was going to kick the car Door for no reason at all?

That was my first thought also. Looking at it a few times, it appears the car picks up speed off the wall and hits the middle/back side of the truck at a decent rate of speed. I think with the car being lower, the impact caused the truck to lift off the ground and if the driver turned the steering wheel at that exact time it could cause it to flip. Seems the car driver was really slow to react with any braking after engaging with the biker.
I'd love to have seen what led up to the biker kicking the car as there was obviously a reason the camera driver decided to focus on them.Comment

Are you insane? Listen to yourself here - the car cut off the motorcycle and that gives the right for the motorcycle to physically attack the car?
How many times a week are you cut off when driving your car? Once? Ten times a week? Does that give you the right to hit their car? Assault them? Shoot them? No, of course not. Under no circumstances in the world can you kick or hit someone's car.
The car cut off the motorcycle? At worst that's careless driving. The motorcycle driver kicked a car, caused an accident that destroyed two cars and sent people to the hospital, and then left the scene of a accident - That last one is a felony no matter what.
I'm sorry, but if you are so upset when driving that you feel the need to kick another car - you should NEVER be allowed to drive again.Herschel Savage

Excellent point, the motorcyclist left the scene of an accidental, he broke the law. He's on the freeway kicking cars and leaves the scene of an accidental he helped create. He probably has a warrant for murder or no insurance or somethingAre you insane? leave it to rochard to totally fuck up facts right in front of his eyes. i guess rochard thinks a motorcyclist can kick a car so hard the car veers into the motorcycle. or worse, rochard thinks kicking a car justifies attempted murder. The motorcycle driver kicked a car, caused an accident that destroyed two cars and sent people to the hospital, and then left the scene of a accident - That last one is a felony no matter what.

pretty clear that a) the reason the motorcyclist kicked the car was not on video, so we are working with incomplete facts. this is evident by the cameraman focusing on the interaction between the 2 drivers. something got the cameramans attention.
& b) when the motorcyclist kicked the car, the car clearly retaliated by swerving hard left, attempting to run over the motorcycle. the car driver lost control & wrecked himself & the truck.
the jonny laws are not going to be kind to the driver of that car. he's got a lot of liability on his hands. jonny would also throw the book at the motorcycle for leaving the scene.
also noteworthy how the white truck was passing on the right side, accelerating past 2 cars instead of slowing down like the car in front of the camera. dumbass shoulda hit the brakes.
a lot of stupid driving in that clip. will be played in driving school for years.

Whether it was or wasn't an involuntary reaction, he could easily claim that and get away with it. All the biker's fault.

It seems like the biker kicked the car, then the car driver either said FUCK YOU DIE or the car driver said DURRRRRRRR I PANIC
Everyone is a fucking moron these days
Fuck everything
Last time I was in LA on some freeway I see a ford ranger driving along at a normal speed, 75 or so, suddenly swerves into the wall and somehow manages to go almost perfectly head on with the wall, spin around a few times, he comes out of the last spin still moving but moving backward ... then he stops, and slowly drives off down an offramp like nothing ever happenedComment

Looks like the driver of the car was crossing the double yellow line which as a biker in LA I see all the time, I know that stretch of highway on 14, full of asshole.
It's clearly the drivers fault for putting the life of the biker in jeopardy.
Also I would point out there doesn't seem to be a passenger in the car which makes it illegal for that asshat to even be in the diamond lane in California. Whereas the biker is there legally!Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about thatComment

Turns out it was a 19 year old driving the Nissan and a 75 year old driving the Cadillac pick up , Of course the driver of the Nissan has said the biker flashed a knife at him. Very few bikers wear knives in LA as it's illegal in this county.
Guy that shot the video said the two were yelling at each other before this happened and the car was trying to leave the diamond lane. Not once did I see anything about a passenger in the Nissan, which leads me to believe he wasn't even supposed to be in that lane.Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. NO he won't. I lost my best friend to a hit and run 2 years ago, SOB got 1 year after being in this country illegally, killing one person and disabling for life another then leaving the scene.
No deaths here and the guy in the pickup is going to be ok. I'll bet the driver of the car will do far worse for being in a diamond lane with a passenger and causing an accidentCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. Wow you sure assume ALOT there in favor of the biker. You assume everything in the bikers favor as a matter of fact, how strangeTurns out it was a 19 year old driving the Nissan and a 75 year old driving the Cadillac pick up , Of course the driver of the Nissan has said the biker flashed a knife at him. I think it's safe to say the kind of biker that kicks a car at freeway speeds and, felony leaves the scene of an accident, is the same kind of biker to carry a gun or knife, it's likely the reason he fled the scene (aside from any open warrants he likely had)
