It's what's used to teach S&R dogs how to sniff out dead, decomposing bodies and reeks just like a corpse! Then get yourself a hypodermic syringe, stick it under their door and let 'er rip! shoot'em... seems like a common solution in US now...

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Write a note that says, "SHUT THE FUCK UP!", roll it up, and put it in a bottle. Then throw it through their window when they are being loud.

I did this before, and it worked.

Or you could do the classic:
Rub Vasaline all over their car windshield.

You could try a tape of cats going at it . Put it on a continuous loop and play it loud. I have tried this myself and the losers learned to not keep me up all night.

Here is a tried and true favorite that I launched on a few people.

Wait til you know that THEY are asleep. Get a few bucks in quaters for a payphone, a list of taxi compaines in your area and order them cabs, say a dozen or so.

Have to use the payphone, so the # isnt tracked back to you and tell the taxi dispatcher that you are in the house, but hard of hearing so, please pound on the door, bang a window, etc.

Cabbies will pound your door off the hinges to get the fare they have crossed town to get to, and the neighbor will go insane cause they are woken up every 10 - 30 minutes depending on how many taxi comapines you have in your area.

Also, the arguement between victim and cabbie is wonderful to watch, nothing makes people more nuts than waking them up again and again, only to walk into a bad arguement with an enraged cabbie.

The victim has no idea where the attacks are coming from, since if asked the number is a payphone when traced back to the dispatcher.
