I've driven into Mexico dozens of times and I've seen the wall in person. It's a wall. It's not like it's twenty feet thick and the width of solar panels. Even if they were it still doesn't matter - you really want to put billions of dollars of solar panels physically on the border where illegal aliens, drug mules, smugglers, and other criminals are trying to get through? I am sure they will be gentle as they try to scale the wall and not break our expensive solar panels.
