I never believe this stuff. My friend did his BMI test at the airport one time before we went on holiday and according to the machine he was waaaaay overweight. To look at him you would never say he's overweight LOL.

There's a problem with calculating BMI by using height and weight.

The problem is that muscle weighs more than fat. They can take a shredded and ripped up bodybuilder or football player or any athlete who is 6 foot tall and 275 pounds for instance and he would come up as "obese"

So don't let that bmi calculation discourage you too much. Go with what your mirror and a tape measure are telling you.

Yep. It's bullshit.

I should max out at 220 for target weight according to dr's and health insurance standards. According to this test, even at 180, for 6', I am still overweight. Which is bullshit.

28.1 but i am an athelete, when i was in high school i was 190 and looked like a fucking stick, now i am 225 and good to go, i want to be MAYBE 215 when traveling to beaches so my abs fully come out other then that "bigger" guys should have some bulk on them or they look to lanky.

FYI I seem to recall Sabrina is on the rather smart side.

21.4 for me, and im much more muscle than fat now days. So its off. I gained around 5lbs of muscle after my inital weight loss few months ago.

I have a peeve about when people say muscle weighs more than fat. Yeah I know odds are they know the right answer and all but it is one of those things that does get on my nerves.
