Europe should look more how Australia is solving the refugee problem.
In Australia they just refuse boats with refugees and illegals coming in and pull them back.

Don't be fooled. Australia has more than its fair share of "refugees" aswell. I have friends who live over there and some of the places are actual shit holes. Don't believe everything you see on tv.

Today he was on camera and he talked about how low the unemployment rate is and how much better the economy is. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Unemployment went down two tenths of a percent, part of a four or five year decline.... And suddenly everything is good?

I'm not messing with you or anything, but can you point to some sources explaining what Australia is doing with refugees? I don't recall this ever being discussed in the US.

I find how other countries are handling this most interesting.

In Holland is now the discussions about the 'refugees'. First they came with small boats from Libya and where catched at sea, and some drownend. To prevent drowning, Europe now picks the refugees up a few miles from the coast of Libya. The smugglers actually call the European boats to tell them there is another boat with refigees coming.

Here is the map in a time frame where refugees get picked up. Now the EU refugee taxiboat picks them up near Libya.

In Holland there is 1 journalist that is going to court to make the Dutch government responsible that there are still 'refugees' dying on the sea cause we give them a free taxi ride and that stimulate others to do the same. While it looks the Australian method is better for the refugees and against the smugglers. This discussion is going on for 3 years already.

As far as I know there are no Indonesian refuges in Australia, but that's where they all come from. Those claiming to be refugees need to hop on a plane, fly over numerous countries ( many do this bit first class ), travel from one side of Indonesia to the other and have enough money to wait til the next boat run 1-6 months and then pay 10k-50k for the trip.

Those that come by boat hardly fit the "poor refugee status" In fact there's a whole industry in Indonesia based around them, hence why Indonesia don't turn them back when they fly in on one way tickets.

Do understand with a population of 23 million, Australia has accepted more than 20,000 in the past year and we have taken in an extra 12000 from Syria. 32,000 total.
Not a lot by International standards, but a LOT more than some counties.. like the USA

The BIG difference to the European crisis is the boat people coming here.. are coming from a relatively safe and prosperous country.. Indonesia, they aren't escaping immediate conflict, they have already escaped that by leaving their home countries. Incidentally Indonesia has the worlds largest Muslim population and even areas that have Sharia law if that's what you want. Indonesia is a great place to live if you have money.. and these boat people certainly have that.

The safe sea route they have to travel from Indonesia to Australia is a very small area so easy enough for the Navy to pick them up. If they are in International waters we pop them in a self steering boat and send them back to Indonesia ( keep the boat its yours ) And if they are in Australian waters we take them somewhere safe, like Nauru. Where they are welcome to apply for Australian residency like anyone else wanting to come.

But.. they have options
They can stay on Narau, get a pension, free house, free everything for 5 years.
Or we will resettle them in Cambodia, new passport and everything supplied for LIFE..

In the 5 years that has been operating 4 have chosen to go to Cambodia, 3 have since left to return to their l countries, only one remains.

So those hitting Australian shore's are not really refuges they are opportunists, their aim is to get to Australia at all costs, not just escape what ever hell hole they come from and make their families safe... a refugee.

We dont have a REFUGEE problem.. we need to accept ALL Syrians that have been vetted because WE are the reason the middle east got this disrupted
