                                                                  He had surgery for Pancreatic cancer a few years ago and starting about 9 months ago speculations are it is back -

                                                                  The possibility is there that he has a benign tumor in the Pancreas that is robbing him of proteins causing weight loss - or losing Insulin since the pancreas create insulin also causing weight loss.

                                                                                                                                              If you didnt know he had cancer, it just looks like he decided to drop some weight. Can't say he looks unhealthy at all and no more tired looking than anyone else running a behemoth of a company.

                                                                                                                                              The problem is Apple have no (as far as they're willing to reveal) plan for if SJ decides to leave the helm or takes a turn for the worse...for many outside of Apple with a vested interest, its concerning.
