You need to pay to view it = not free. Just about all the sponsored galleries on the web let you see a sample. The last thing I would want is legal issues.
So instead of talking about something you don't know about, join the sponsor and read what they offer. They are a high profile company in the industry. Again Tube sites are all the rage now...you get traffic...but the only way to make money is with something like blacklabelads......and nobody going to these tube sites buy cams or dating...they just add these banners and hope...because they are already giving the videos away for free. I am sure most on GFY have there token tube site...this is why they ask so many fucking questions about the legalities.Comment

I disagree. DMCA has been good for us. Every time we catch some scumbag stealing our hard word and calling it their own we have DMCA'd their ass and had them either shut down or our content removed.
We have never used this on hosts outside of North America but even if the hosts refuse, billing companies like CCBIll EU, Verotel and others will listen.Comment

DMCA is the first step to going to court or the last step in trying to bring down your stolen content. When 99.9% of people who send one do so they are hoping the site, hosting company or anyone else will take notice and remove the content. I imagine the odds on them taking people to court who refuse to honor a DMCA are a lot longer than 1 in 99.
In fact a thief could say he never got the notice and you would never be able to prove it, unless you sent is via Fed Ex and could prove it. When you do that and go to court you also need screen caps and videos to prove the offending site was offending on the day you alleged. Yes you can do it under a sworn oath and the defendant can counter it with his sworn oath.
Most times a polite email with the URL and proof it's yours will get the content taken down. But that requires the willingness of the offender.
To Donny. You're wasting your time because these guys have no answer to Tubes. And because of that Tubes will change the business for them. In fact Tubes are changing the business for them. They are losing sales and putting up more free content to combat the deluge of free content on the Net.
Now they will flame me and tell affiliates to come to their sites to get their free content to get more traffic that will pass over their site. Or start their own Tube site.

For many it's true. Many know how to drive traffic and little else. For those who know how to create, publish and sell porn there is another road.
I put in a free show for members and already conversion ratios are improving. Need to do more on the pages selling the show but as most know the last week has been a bit different for me. Spending more time in waiting rooms than the office. LOL
If you can create, publish and sell something the porn consumer prefers to Tubes you will survive. If you can't and think driving traffic is the answer you will not. No industry is based on giving it away for free. Even TV is now paid for. And they sometimes drop ads in every 12 minutes while you pay your cable bill.Comment

Tube sites never ruined our industry. The paysite owners who spend a fortune on giving out free content to get traffic that would never sign up ruined our industry. Think about it for a moment, we as an industry spend more money on getting traffic than what the traffic will buy, what keeps them buying and what makes them come back to buy. Tubes would never flourish and be competition to us if we spent 25% of our turnover on members areas. We spend a lot more than that on people who don't buy.Comment
