Anyone else using Ringcentral for their business ? IF so Watch out your next Bills ... Jesus Christ

If you are using RingCentral Check out your Bills or the next one coming.
They have that new thing if you get more then 10 calls per extension where that ligne is foward to an external system other then Ringcentral you will be charge an Extra Line Per extension.

Short explanation: We run an intro message and offer callers choice of department option :
Monthly billed for a Full company system dispathed and all $69.00/ month or less FLAT RATES For years ! Im with them for over 6 - 7 years at least if not more...
Ext 1 New client sign up
Ext 2 PLACE A NEW ORDER
Ext 3 Already members, need immediate assistance
Ext 4 ACCOUNTING
Ext 5 EMERGENCY
This month billed me $195.00 ( no warning no email just charge my business credit card )
Called them and of course you can make sure they got my SPEACH of Long time costumers of them since they have get into the market.....
I remember to save my business couple of hundreds monthly when Switch from the very expensive bell canada phone system

Well.... Im looking for an alternative of ring central ( not in beta mode ) if any one you know post it here please.
