I'm considering buying one but I would like to find out what others think of it before I fork out the money. It's supposed to be the world's most private phone.

Don't bother with that, 539.99 for a refurbed one? LOL they took it to the hacker forum to test it out and show how good it was and it was destroyed within an hour. Better off just using a blackberry OS if you are worried about security.Comment

I mean any phone is hackable is you're stupid. But notice that in the vault 7 leaks there is not ONE exploit for Blackberry OS10 not one. It is much more secure than android or apple.Comment

You should better look for some BlackBerry phones if you are really into Android. Not going to discuss any regular security updates that they have, but you can very easily google it and find out more. If you are still paranoid about using Android, I would advise you to go to BlackBerry 10 OS, just as shiraz9944 suggested. BlackBerry Z30 or Passport, depending on what do you prefer to use, touch screen or physical keyboard.---

Yeah I have a BB passport which is the last one to use BBOS and I love it, but sure there are some challenges with certain apps working but that is just the nature of security or convenience? Which do you prefer? You should better look for some BlackBerry phones if you are really into Android. first learn basic of communication...what do you mean by "secure" phone ?
it will be secure only if you make communications between you and other person (this is what phones are for ...) secure and encrypted...
even those apps that provide such security have holes, backdoors etc. just like phones.
they wont be used on you though probably if you are not serial killer for example
so to put it simple: if you will use most fancy phone and will communicate with other person in insecure way (unencrypted), how does it make your phone secure ?

I doubt it's any more secure then any other android phone. The NSA exploits are even at the processor level nowadays...Mechanical Bunny Media
