That is quite clear. First someone is impeached, then they are either convicted or acquitted. But either way, they were impeached.

Correct he was not removed from office, he was acquitted and congress voted him not guilty on the articles of impeachment.

Being impeached is being found guilty and removed from office via the process of impeachment.

Congress voted Clinton not guilty on articles of impeachment.

Articles of impeachment is not being impeached.
