Ahh see that is where I disagree. I have no allusions to the idea that diet pop is in any way good for you, its mostly bullshit with fizzy water, but any juice one can buy has just as much, if not more, sugar in it. Any vitamins contained in its former state are mostly lost through the removal of the fiber of the fruit so it essentially just spikes the blood sugar and goes right through you like nothing. Milk I have a minor issue with as well. I don't think it's necessarily bad for you, it is a much easier way to get your calcium and vitamin D levels up compared to trying to get it from vegetables and supplements alone, but it still does contain 10g of sugar per cup. Fat free, 1%, it doesn't matter, mostly the sugar remains. In fact only heavy cream contains no sugar in it. But I agree with you drinking too much pop is good for no one.

Johnny Clips got another account! I knew you couldn't stay away for that long lil buddy. But sorry, you don't seem to understand what the word neurotoxin means. It doesn't qualify in this discussion as aspartame has no impact, in the least, with the nervous system. Just as any food anyone from the 20th century and beyond can buy.
