I'll clear up a few inaccuracies for you:
1) The standardinternet.info site was put up by William Walsh, not Mark Welch. Mr. Walsh was/is buddies with a free host operator who ran our ads on warez and MP3 sites. We worked out a settlement with the free host operator to pay him for the traffic sent from sites in complaince with our terms and we discarded the traffic from the ilegal sites. After the deal was done, Mr. Walsh removed the site.
If you go to Google and do a search on "WalMart Scam" you'll find over 2000 websites crying bout WalMart. Does it mean that WalMart is a giant criminal enterprise? Hardly. It means that a fraction of a percent of the people they do business with had some type of issue. SI has 30,000 active webmasters advertising for us and probably have had over 75,000 come and go in the last few years. If 1/10 of 1% of those people had some type of issue then there are 75 people out there running aroung bitching. What can you do?
2) 12clicks is a substantial partner in SI, and has been since day one. There are only 4 of us and he owns a big (and very valuable) chunk of the pie. And he earned it and deserves it.
