Well if it means anything, ask any affiliate, I have never missed a payment, pay by check, epass and now RevupCard too. I can do pre-paid deals as well, and because I don't use CCBIll just means I end up with more sales since they are renowned to scrub (very strict verification of CC) the shit out of their 3rd party accounts so you end up with a ton less sales.

I had our process full constructed, implemented and approved by my lawyer.
He could be wrong - but - I'm not US-based - so checking all IDs, havings releases and manually checking content would mean that the content is as compliant as it can be (same as if i was shooting in AU)

If you are inspected, at least in court you can try and argue you followed the law and were tricked, alot easier to fake a photo of ID's when checking them over the net than to create a physical fake ID.
And to be 2257 compliant, the 2257 record needs to have these sections filled out (with others) which is not possible if the performer is doing it:
"Date Performer's I.D. was examined:"
"Performer's I.D. was examined by (name):"
thus it's a 2257 violation.
Although you wouldn't be in 2257 violation since you personally aren't in the states or a citizen, anyone using your content to promote your site would be. If you are ok with that, that's cool, you just aren't fully 2257 compliant like most people in this industry is my point.

#2 - I know that the process was created and reviewed by a prominent adult lawyer, and has stood up to inspection / scrutiny in previous times when demanded (billers picking 5 random sets, asking for ID + releases for selected content etc).
