For those that don't want to part with their money and either ignore the post or reply with their condolences, I think that's great.

But for those that feel the need to post it's a scam and then to even go far enough to make people think you knew it was a scam and promised not to tell anyone are just digusting tight asses!

So what if it's a scam... The economy sucks.. The story is somewhat believable.. $50 isn't going to change my life one way or another. It may or may not change his. Would it change yours?

I'd like to think that if I were in a situation like the one he described, I could get a couple "suckers" to help me out with $50 here and there.

I was in financial trouble once until a friend helped me out. So im always open to helping people out.

alot of ppl go through tough times some more than others, most people dont deserve some do, i can bash people if i feel it is the wrong place to beg and donate.

i think handouts are wrong in alot of cases.

just like why do u think celebs have charities why? to have a tax deductable, this is not a place for charity and should never be.

Why say anything? If you think people are being scammed, just chuckle and ignore it, tell them once and let them decide for themselves, or try to capitalize on it and scam them yourself; but quit making yourself look like the asshole. People remember shit like that and it affects how they act toward you in the future.

And won't it be a bitch if you ever need help one day?
