Serious Biznis Thread: What is your best potato wedge seasoning combo?

Ive always liked to take some red potatoes and ruffle them through a plastic bag of ranch seasoning. Preheat an oven with some butter in the pan you will use to cook your potatoes in. When its good and hot, throw the potatoes from the bag into the pan and cook until tender.

I do something similar, but use Lipton onion soup mix. Very tasty

Garlic, HY's seasoning salt, rosemary, and a light smattering of basil.

That's all you need, and once you try it you'll never go back.

along the lines of the ranch dressing mix packet, I found a Good Seasons Garlic Cheese dressing packet. Cut up either baby reds, yellows, or fingerling potatoes, toss in a big ziplock bag with a bit of olive oil to coat and then add the dressing and shake em up. Sometimes I add a flavored sea salt also.
