If something has changed at First Data, I would be highly surprised, especially since in the last 45 days they've declined to process new adult related business for clients that do substantial amounts monthly in mainstream. And by adult related, I mean in the Paypal sense... no taint of adult, period, regardless of the product or service.
It does matter what the product or service is with PayPal now. For example, you can sell adult hard goods with PayPal.
Interesting, but I guess its a waiting game to see if this is solid. The openness is good, the rates are brilliant - so if those things are kept up in a solid fashion, it´d be a cheap and welcomed addition.
However, there are some unanswered questions from Kimmy (I wish you´d take the time for a thorough icq chat and clear all these q´s - the posts in both directions tend to be statements rather than dialoques). I am no expert on it, but when people who are say "danger" - I tend to get cautious....
I don't get why you would want a check instead of a wire if it is $20 cheaper.
Quite simply - because I don't have the time nor inclination to make the drive clear across the city to the nearest Western Union outlet each week to receive a wire.
The mailbox on the front of my office door has been our preferred method of payment delivery for a decade.

Wires are not Western Union. It is direct deposit to your bank account. You don't have to go anywhere or do anything to accept a wire.

Okay pls back to the topic. With the affiliate program(you are still improving I know) will it be possible for affiliates to merge multiple accounts under their 'main' account? So affiliates just open one account, and can add all sponsors there?
I see you can pay out affilites daily as well. wow

Yes, that is already implemented. An affiliate can join all Zombaio Merchants (public) programs with just one click. Affiliates will have same payment methods as merchants.
But back to business -> The parent company is in Sweden I pressume (hej med jer ex-naboer), are you incorporated in all the other billing regions too?
Yes we are incorporated in Sweden, Cyprus (Replace of UK office) and USA. We are also working with a partner that in incorporated and enables us to process in/for Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and China in addition to EU, US and CA.
I read the whole thread and Tomas is trying very hard to be transparent.
Based on what I've read here, I would at least try Zombaio if I had the need to, even knowing and suffering (to some extent) past experiences like iBill or Paymonde.
I'll go for some skiing for a week and will try to use my computer as less as possible. So hopfully you will not see me here again until beginning of Jan '09. Meanwhile; take any inquiries with our sales or support team.
Finally back in business after some good skiing in northern sweden.
jestsexxx: Yes there is a few large recognizeable programs that has starting to use our service as primary biller in the cascade. I'll try to get them to write a few words here.
Question: Do you block any countries from processing? Do you have localization in your processing pages? Specifically interested in Latin America countries and Spanish language
Question: Do you block any countries from processing?
Thanks !
Well... when it comes to blocking countries we are not so digital as accept or block. We have a list of high risk countries. A cardholder (IP or CARD) that comes from a high risk country will only be blocked if we can not authenticate the cardholder with 3d secure.
If the card is not enrolled and the transaction is initiated from a high risk country, we will block it (until the card is enrolled).
High Risk Countries:
Argentina
Azerbaijan
Bangladesh
Bulgaria
Bahrain
Bolivia

Belize
Chile
Cameroon
Colombia
Costa Rica

Yes we have. We autodetect and set local language and currency on the payment forms.
Languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Swedish, Korean, Chinese Trad. and Simpl.
That list of "high risk" countries is crazy. I know many of them, very developed countries, let say:
Argentina
Chile
Croatia
Hungary
Israel
Poland
Thailand
Yes, we know. There are many legitimate transactions from those countries as well. Please note that it is a high risk list, not a block list. We are not blocking all transactions from those countries.

Yes, the list is "alive" and built up monthly based on international reported fraud levels. Some of the countries will sooner or later be removed from the list for sure, one of them is Poland
I confirm. Zombaio kicks asses. I process with them and all my customers are pleased. There have been some tech glitches but they've been solved in a very timely and professional manner by the folks at Zombaio.
And 4.9% is very real, as well as the "No holdback reserve". They only keep 4.9% from all sales. They also pay right on time with no delays at all.
I recommend Zombaio.
