Should we go back to this type of site... ?

Is it a smart move to go back to text based TGP sites? Is it worth starting one with all the thumb TGP/MGP sites around?
I'm thinking of doing an old fashioned text based TGP site with quality sponsor content, only text links, no skim, daily updates......

Will it work?

Go back? Some of us never left.

I've opened up newer types of sites since, but I never close old sites. Never. I have no idea why some people do but to each their own.

Does it matter? Really? Does it matter that you could set this up beautifully? If nobody's buying, nobody's buying.

My site has been in redesign twice, to try and keep up with "trends" and "what's hot"...zero results. If nobody's buying, nobody's buying.

I have spent every day on countless boards, promoting myself, just hanging out, trying to connect. Short of making a complete idiot of myself, or being " viral", there's apparently no way for me to make any lasting impact, to them, or even in here. If nobody's buying, nobody's buying.

I am certainly no expert, but I've seen others in my field, and comparatively, I think I can hang with the best of them...but not a drop of that seems to translate into this virtual world...and still-nobody's buying.

So I don't know. I hope it works well for you. If it does, let me know, and I'll follow your lead...that's just my xxx

Still not where I should have been by now...time to take matters into my own hands...

It won't work unless you can buy quality backlinks. Talk to the Pornhub guys about where to buy quality backlinks cause they are kings at it.

Here is a point, pornhub is the number one site for the term free porn, if you honestly think you can beat them with a text tgp and no investment in buying links in your mistaken, that being said would you surf a text site? would young men go shit here is an awesome new text site i found with links to 30 second clips! Woot let me tell a friend. If the answer to that is no then why start one?

In my experience young men aren't the one who buy.... I think it is a big misunderstanding that our goal has to be "young men", i'm aiming at people who are interested in buying porn and young men aren't those. People who are really interested in buying porn online WILL read text. And don't say people don't buy porn anymore, it is STILL the biggest internet market existing and thousands of sales are made every single day.

I have a lingering text TGP/MGP in dire need of an overhaul

no trades + no skim so it's a decent user experience, but few visitors and fewer sales...

it's not the kind of site you look at and think, "wow, I'm gonna bust a nut"

still, gotta love the old school
