          when jack helps tony escape from the fbi he has shoot out and he shoots none of them (he was providing cover fire not trying to shot anyone)

                  jack has multiple oppertunities in the 4th hour

                  he doesn't kill the two guards watching him when peter wingfield tells tony to kill him

                  and when they try and kidnap the former priminister he doesn't have a chance to shoot anyone

                  so zero for hour 4.

                  Total zero hits for jack,

                  All though tony does make a kill.
